----this is the heart of led lights, it is the major problem of a failure led light.
----only professional Driver manufacturer can supply qualified drivers. For lamp power over 100Watt, CNC only use Meanwell driver.
----Capacitor is the heart of led driver, CNC is often using drivers with NCC or Rubycon capacitors.
2, Color Rendering Index (CRI)
----only LED lamps with high CRI can exactly show us how the material it is.
3, Power factor (PF)
----only LED lamps with good PF value can realize your purpose to save energy.
4, Lumen Maintenence
----If use bad LED chips, the light decay is serious. Good LED chips can have luminous flux over 98% after 2000Hours, but cheap LEDs will have even less than 70% lumen of original value.
5, Heat dissipation:
----Good LED Lamps will have LED Junction temperature less than 70Celsius degree after 8Hours working. But Bad LED Lamps will have LED Junction temperature over 80Celsius degree after only 4Hours working so that the LEDs will be died or losing original lumen value quickly. A good LED lamps need good design in Heat dissipation.
6, LED Brand:
----Compared to LED chips made by Chinese Mainland Factories, LED brand of Epistar, Samsung, Seoul, Bridgelux, CREE, Sharpe, Lumileds, Philips and Osram will have higher CRI value, better lumen maintenence, higher lumious flux, longer life etc.
7. LED Luminous Flux:
----20-25Lm each LED means much higher cost than 6-7Lm each LED. More LEDs used, Less energy saved.
8, Material used:
----Bad material is meaning less life time of the light.
