D02-A System features
1. 32-256 Gray, Support software Gamma correction.
2. Support the rules and special-shaped handle.
3. Single-port output, can support 2048 lights.
4.0ff-line (SO Card) control, play back content stored in the SO card.
5. T-1OOOS store a maximum of 16 programs, copy multiple files to the SO card in order, after formatting the SO card as MFA format.
6. The program must be named in orders. Ex.: 00_1.led01_1.led02_1.led.
7. Compatible with single line or double line chips.
NOTE: 1. When T-1OOOS controller less than 512 pixels the frame rate can reach 30fps . When T-1OOOS control more than 512 pixels the frame rate will slow down automatically.
2. T-1OOOS must use the new software Led Edit 2012.

NOTE: For the TTL (SPI) signal the controller signal ground must connect to the LED ground directly.
Mode of connection
------Mode of connection of DMX-SD Master controller
1. Multiple D02-A controllers can be cascaded together and work synchronous.
2. D02-A one TTL (SPI) signal and one RS485 signal port output can control204.8 pixels
3. When the chip for LED is single line chip just with data then just need to be connected
with DAT and GND and GND of the controller. If the chip for LED is double line chip with DAT and CLK, then need to be connected with DAT, CLK, and GND of the controller.
4. lf you need to use RS485 signal you need to connect controller A with LED A (DMX+)controller B with LED B(DMX-).
5. When you need to built a new project the controller type for the software is: T-1OOO-IC model.

Attention:
Before copy files to SD card The SD card must be formatted as FAT format.
The SD card in controller can not be hot-swappable, plug the SD card every time, you must first disconnect the power supply.
Trouble shooting
Question 1: when one controller is power on, the error signal light of T-1OOOS is flickering constantly without any performance.
Answer: It indicates that the controller doesn't read the card correctly, and possible problems are as follows.
1. The SD card is empty without any available e 'ect files.
2. The files *Led in SO card is not matched with the type of the controller. Please choose the correct chip type T-1000 in Led Edit, and re-making effect files.
3. SD card isn't formatted into FAT format before copying files.
4. Please check the input voltage of the controller. Power the controller only to eliminate the factors of power supply.
5. Replace the SO card and test again to exclude the possibility of the damage for the SO card.
Question2: The indicative lights works normally after powering the controller but no changes of light modes.
Answer: Causes are as follows:
1. Please make sure the lights' signal wires and the controller are connected correctly.
2 lf connected by TTL signal, lights and controllers should be common ground connection, that is, ground wires of the lights and controllers should be connected together.
3. Please check whether the type of the performance file *led selected when making SO card is compatible with the chip of the lights.
Question3: Lights keep flicking after connecting the controller and lights, but the controller's indicative light shows it works normally.
Answer: Causes are as follows.
1. The ground wires between the controller and lights aren't connected.
2. The effect file in SD card is wrong. The light chips selected when making performance aren't compatible with the ones used practically.
3. The power supply voltage of the lights are insufficient.
Quastion4: SO card can't be formatted.
Answer: Causes are as follows.
1. Firstly please make sure the side protection switch of, the SO card is unlocked. The unlocking direction is to the end of the SO card needle.
2. The protection lock is designed according to the requirements, but still unable to be formatted .That is mostly because the SO card reader is damaged. Please replace the SO card reader.
3. lf the SO card is still unable to be formatted .after the above operation, please replace the SO card and test again.
